It is said that Zhao Chaoqing, the director and physician-in-charge
of the Department of Deafness, Tinnitus and Headache in
Yikang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, Physical Examination
Center for Conscription of Zhengzhou People's Government,
have made a breakthrough in curing deafmutism, tinnitus
and intractable headaches with scientific research achievements
of military and Chinese traditional medical theory. Zhao
Chaoqing was born in an old and well-known family of traditional
Chinese medicine and studied in military medical university.
He joined the army in 1971 and became a member of CCP in
1972. He had been the leader of a scientific researching
department, chief surgeon, chief physician, vice president
and president of the hospital. He was ranked lieutenant
commander in 1988 and lieutenant colonel in 1992. As a military
doctor, Mr. Zhao has made a lot of achievements and was
